MYGYM is only open from 9am to 1pm over the xmas and New Year period, but I was able to bump training an hour earlier. It's still the xmas break, so there were very few people here today, just Erick and Heidi. I had a quick spar with Heidi, but it was mostly those two getting in some rolling. I wasn't feeling 100% anyway, nice to have a relaxing session after xmas. Much food was eaten! ;)
