I think this might have been the class where I had a good roll with Tracey? Her base has been getting better, plus she's also much calmer in rolling. It's been cool seeing how much she's improved, especially as she's now also an important member of the instructor team at Artemis BJJ. Tracey is there every Sunday for the kids class, taking over when Paul is away (and doing a great job: I've been there a few times watching, it's impressive how well she can deal with a load of unruly children!).
