Straight armbar. The importance of the wrist lift, revving a motorbike. On the Dean Lister armbar, I didn't have the positioning right on Sam B, but it was fine on Sam W. So that's something to drill down, I must need some adjustments to get that sorted. Sam W had an interesting idea, which was to clamp the arm between your head too, meaning you could move their arm either way for the submission.
