I was prepping for the blue belt plus class as usual today, having a go at the kneebar set up that Jeff Knight showed in Heidelberg this year. I bolstered that with a the follow ups Jeff showed me, but as I wasn't totally clear from my notes, I also drew on a few vids from The Grapplers Guide. There's a beautifully concise toehold one on there, by another instructor I've trained with at BJJ Globetrotters Camps, Chris Ulbricht.
