Writing this up a week later, I can't remember exactly what I did. I think I ran through some of the stuff I taught in the previous week, with Heidi and Milka? This is why I should get in the habit of doing a quick recording on my phone to remind me of the salient points. I've been getting into a bad habit of letting the write-ups stack up, which means I don't get those all important notes sorted. It's less of an issue with open mats, as I don't use those for refining my teaching, but still, means I'm sure I miss stuff that would help with my sparring. So, more dictaphone! ;)
