Teaching was fun, playing more with that armbar. I wanted to spar, giving me a chance to practice that Priit escape sequence against somebody both bigger and experienced. It was going well, in terms of being productive, until I was caught in an electric chair sweep and turned at the same time as my partner. Unfortunate accident, but my knee popped. I can put weight on it, so hopefully this won't be too serious. Lots of ice. Also, I've had quite bad insomnia recently, plus the knee was already sore from that attempt to sweep Sam a couple of weeks ago. Time to listen to my body and let it have a break. ;)
