Class #1069
Artemis BJJ (MYGYM Bristol), Can Sönmez, Bristol, UK - 06/11/2018

Continuing with my comfort zone, but slightly less, was the underhook side control escape. That's the one I use the least, so it was less stable ground that the basic escape and maintenance. Still, the idea is straightforward enough. The main thing I need to think about before Wednesday is how much to show. I think talking about a single underhook and a double underhook should be enough. That means the Roy Dean full rotation towards the head, along with the Jason Scully style double underhook to forwards shrimp and spin towards the legs.
