Playing with the upright version of mount today, after rewatching a bunch of Xande and Saulo videos. I've occasionally taught the 'horseriding' mount, they've gone into more depth on it since I last looked. So, I will give this a try in the Wednesday class: I have been trying to lock down a good format for the high mount maintenance class, this might work. :)
