This week I've been playing with Andrew 'goatfury' Smith's double attack from high mount. Normally I just look for either the back or a high up americana/kimura, but goatfury gives me two more options. First the arm triangle, which I always struggle with, then secondly the pressing armbar. That's a submission I do very much like, so that's really handy to know.
