Today I ran through some loop choke stuff with Tracey, which was fun. I'm not big on loop chokes myself, but it did remind me that Oli G has done some good videos on this, as he is a fan of that technique. The ones I had in mind are from a few years back (I hadn't realised it was that long ago, in Oli's brown belt days), but worth a look. I forget it's something you can do from half guard, so I must try that next time I'm in that position. :)
