Teaching #566
Artemis BJJ (MYGYM Bristol), Can Sönmez, Bristol, UK - 28/09/2016

Tonight I wanted to get some more practice on going from the breadcutter to follow-ups. As it was two experienced students this week, that meant I had the opportunity to do it (I'll put the notes in the gi class write-up in a moment). That pattern has been established: when there are new people, I try out my new women's class cycle I'm building (with two techniques rather than just one). When it is experienced women, I'll first practice something I'm planning to teach later on them, then ask the class if there is anything in particular they would like to work on. Win/win! :D

I've also been taking more video. That's more effective than my previous system of creating a collage to show the move, saving time too. Annoyingly Instagram seems to have been having trouble uploading videos yesterday (I'm writing this on the 10th October), but hopefully that will be resolved. Video editing has been fun. :)
