Lots of sparring with Heidi today again. This time, I focused on turtle, as she said she was having trouble escaping that. It meant I got to practice attacking turtle, ending up mostly with the simple back take. I tried for the crucifix a few times, but she was able to stay tight. Underneath, I was trying to roll through, but didn't do it very well. There's video of half the roll embedded in the post above (or a link if you're reading RSS, I think), so not too much for me to write. Just watch that if you want to know what happened. :P
