Class #910
Artemis BJJ (MYGYM Bristol), Can Sönmez, Bristol, UK - 17/10/2017

I went through a few details on pressing armbars and the clamp grip today, talking about that rotating the elbow tip from Joey Carta. I think I might have gotten it from mount once, though I doubt I could teach a whole lesson on that, it wouldn't be high percentage. It would be good to think about some armbar from mount variations though, as I only ever teach the one from s-mount. E.g., things like belly down armbars, or that straight armbar I've gotten once or twice from mount. Having said that, when you get into a mindset of trying to teach a broader quantity, you are likely to reduce the quality.

But meh, there was that armbar variant Nathan Adamson showed a while back I should review again. Then there was the barataplata Chelsea showed at one of her seminars. Something to play with next time mount month comes around again.
