How to stop posturing up? Bent leg as opposed to extended leg. Tying up a boat metaphor. On fingers, remember to say grab them all, not just one. İt was good to recap spider guard, then run through a few sweeps. I was very pleased it was all small women today, as that's exactly the body type I was aiming the spider guard stuff towards.

As a small person myself, the lasso really saved me as a white belt, so I wasn't immediately passed so often. I therefore think it could function the same way for the smaller women at Artemis BJJ.

That's especially the case for the experienced ones who are becoming technically proficient. Stronger but less experienced sparring partners will tend to crush out of frustration, but that's harder for them to do against the lasso.
