Today I did a recap on the lasso tilt sweep, given that I'm planning on teaching that tomorrow. Then I went through the x guard sweep that Henk showed, which people liked. I would still like a version without the footlock, where you're just knocking people over. I guess it would be a matter of retracting your feet as they fell back, like with the tripod and sickle sweeps?
