Three new people today, which is cool to see in the daytime class, plus Rob. I went through closed guard posture breaks, interesting to see how brand new people react to those. As ever, main error people make is not pulling the arm across horizontally on the punch up grip break, that's something to emphasise. Also, moving the head to avoid getting nutted, plus using the legs rather than the arms.
