Class #1172
BJJ Globetrotter Camp (Olympiastützpunkt Rhein-Neckar) Chris Ulbricht, Heidelberg, Germany, 30/07/2019

Escapes. All from that how and arrow grip. Grab sleeve and elbow, pull across. Basic one, get head to ground, push off hook and move to guard (if they come up). With a stronger how and arrow, you need to reach back to pull up elbow, immediately bring that arm in close. Then forward shrimp firmly, to get your head past their leg.

Turn and move into a double unders, ideally. Same kind of thing if they hook your arm for bow and arrow. İf they adjust position and start to move more into an armbar, still push up that elbow, then walking feet around to get to a better position.
