01/08/2019 - BJJ Globetrotter Camp | Heidelberg 2019 | Mario Hudelist, lapel guard

Class #1179
BJJ Globetrotter Camp (Olympiastützpunkt Rhein-Neckar) Mario Hudelist, Heidelberg, Germany, ##/08/2019

Lapels, perfectly geared towards me yet again! Mario is psychic. Start with a two handed grip in their lapel, top thumb at top, bottom at bottom. Bring that over your leg on their same side hip, then underhook their same side leg with your same side arm.

Pass the lapel to the underhook hand. İf possible, swing to the other side and grip their trouser cuff. Kick into their hips to sweep, retracting your legs and using momentum to get up for pass.

İf they step trouser cuff leg back, do a big swing of your leg to sit up. Pass the lapel to your other hand. Then your original arm behind BOTH their legs, switching grip again.

You can now place your behind leg across both legs (low) and knock them backwards. Come up, then release lapel and crawl into mount. Betimbolo an option too.

İf they block underhook grip, you can pass the gi trousers over yourself.
