Thursday is my mess around day, which this week meant I wanted to try another of Greg Wood's sneaky submissions that he taught at Winter Camp 2020. This time, I went for his wristlock under scarf hold.
Good rolls with Adrienne. Also helped me realise more details on the butterfly mount, specifically moving up to high mount from there. Thrust the hips forwards while blocking their head from moving up, readjusting your feet higher up on the body each time.
