Drilling with Tracey, working on guard options. It's always an interesting challenge, as we're not looking at sweeps or going to the back, but trying to stay in closed guard. Breaking posture is important, with my other usual suggestion of angling off, in this case moving into a omoplata. From there it wouldn't be as useful to go to top side control given existing injuries, so perhaps building in a switch back to a triangle might be useful. This is all tricky though, as it is generally tough to maintain postural control throughout all of that. But hey, good stuff to aim for, I'll show her the omoplata to triangle back and forth next time too (I think I've shown it to her before, but can't remember). :)
